Bright, radiant straw yellow with a sparkling core. Pronounced aroma of Williams pears, lime and a hint of cold smoke on the nose. On the palate with a fine mellowness and beautiful aromas, polished and clear, slightly salty undertone, fine drink, delicately bitter, somewhat narrow finish.
