Brilliant light gold with a fine, persistent mousse. Elegant bouquet with notes of candied ginger, ripe citrus fruit, chamomile and a hint of chalk. Fresh on the palate, with clear fruit on a soft mousse, persistent and slightly salty finish.

Intense straw yellow with light gold. Fresh on the nose, delicately iodized tones, some elderflower, candied lemon. Very precise, clean and juicy on the palate, with an airy mousse, accessible, very well made, excellent to drink.
