Tasting Notes

Tasting from 07.10.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby with a dark luminous sheen. On the nose there is barrel-spicy notes, also profound aromas of blackberry, black tea, in addition to herbal notes and malt in the echo. On the palate it is polished, gripping and juicy, unfortunately also shows a lot of oak tannin, finishes a bit rough.
