The red wine Barolo DOCG, vintage 2017 from the winery Demarie has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Bright garnet red with orange reflections. Initially somewhat restrained on the nose, then opens up to dried rose petals, cranberry and rose hip, with a slightly earthy undertone. Very juicy on the palate, lively acidity penetrates the dense tannins, shows a clear fruit core, good drive with good length.
