Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich, shiny cherry red with garnet reflections. Opens on aromas of cornelian cherry and ripe raspberry, with light undergrowth and black pepper. Refreshingly juicy on the palate, shows vivid, well-integrated tannins, with a noticeable use of wood, pithy and dry on the finish.
