A restrained bouquet with notes of pineapple, passion fruit and citrus zest with a hint of white flowers and biscuit. The palate is medium-bodied with soft, fresh acidity, and plenty of pineapple and other exotic yellow fruits, with a medium-length finish exuding white pepper notes and a phenolic grip.
