Tasting from 01.01.2026: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby with a fine garnet shimmer. Finely drawn nose with appealing notes of dewy rose petals, juicy blood oranges and raspberries, plus cool chalky notes. Pithy, gripping tannins characterize the palate, only at the beginning of its development, lots of pressure and good tension, but still quite rough on the finish.
