Tasting from 17.10.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red. Finely drawn, shy nose, delicate cold smoke, plus some raspberry, citrus and sea salt, a hint of savouriness on the finish. Tight and compact on the palate, has subtle, delicate loosely knit tannins, youthful, currently still a little rough.
