Tasting from 04.06.2013: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Adventurous seasoning made from paprika, meat extract and tomato paste. Eccentric type. Full-bodied palate attack with enormous power and bold juiciness. Surprisingly fresh, fruity and accessible on the palate. Full-bodied with a delicate, creamy acidity. Very good length and certainly good for a surprise. Vegetarians should not be put off by its meaty odeur.
