Pale yellow-green. Inviting yellow tropical fruit, underlaid with grassy nuances, cassis and peppers, smoky minerality. Juicy, white fruit, fine vegetal spice, crisp acid structure, lively and animating to drink, fine grapefruit nuances in the aftertaste, lingers well. A great food companion.
