Tasting Notes
Pale yellow, silver reflections. Delicate grapefruit, fine blossom honey, a hint of flowers. Medium-bodied, astonishing acidity for a year with low acidity, probably the freshness of the Spitzer Graben, lingers well, nutty, somewhat tannic on the finish, with a pleasantly spicy aftertaste.
