Tasting from 30.06.2025: Peter Moser

Pale golden yellow, silver reflections. Fine Golden Delicious apple background with spices, nuances of candied orange zest, very multi-faceted and inviting. Complex, taut, juicy, ripe white stone fruit, integrated acid structure, mineral-salty on the finish, balanced and persistent, a hint of light caramel on the finish, already accessible, a multi-layered food companion, elegant and long-lasting.
