Tasting from 30.06.2025: Peter Moser

Medium greenish yellow, silver reflections. Delicately smoky herbal savouriness, hints of fresh gooseberries, peppermint and grapefruit zest, a hint of cassis. Juicy, white tropical fruit, lively acid structure, lime, appears very light-footed and lively, fine, salty extracted sweetness, remains persistent, has animating freshness and considerable depth and a cool, ethereal finish, delicate style.
