Tasting Notes

Tasting from 05.05.2006

Medium ruby garnet, broad watery rim, brighter at the edge. Delicate nose of hibiscus, mallow, some sloe fruit, grapefruit peel, finely spiced Pinot bouquet, a hint of scorched fur. Medium weight on the palate, pleasant fruit, well-integrated tannins, delicate tobacco notes, already quite harmonious, a light-bodied typical Burgundy that should have potential for another ten years.
