Tasting from 06.05.2026: Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Roland Graf (Spirits)

Deep crimson garnet, violet reflections, broad ochre rim. Fine herbal spice, red heart cherries, fine smoky wood spice, underlaid with a mineral hint of iodine and salt, with air a hint of cassis and blackberry confit. On the palate, taut, enveloping, carried by firm tannins, finesse-rich structure, red berries on the finish, delicate cherry notes, salty, long-lasting finish, promising potential.
