Tasting from 01.12.2023: Peter Moser

Strong ruby, ochre reflections, subtle brightening on the edge. Herbal-spicy aromas, in the underlay dark berries and ripe cherries, less floral than mineral, develops better with every minute in the glass, then shows red-fruity nuances after ten minutes. Taut and complex on the palate, vivid, well-integrated tannins and acidity, fine salty terroir savouriness, pleasant fruit expression lends depth and length; an elegant, emphatically mineral Grand Cru that is still years away from its first drinking maturity, patience will undoubtedly pay off. (cellar 12/2023 - 2060).
