Tasting Notes

Tasting from 07.10.2022: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Anne Krebiehl

An unusual precision and freshness on the nose for a generic AOC wine. Blueberry purée, some violets, light elderberry juice. The palate has a firm texture, slight green tones are evident, juicy acidity and viscous layers contrast, the extract is dense, but also has clear vegetal notes. Difficult to judge.
