Tasting Notes
Only beginning to open, but the full complexity of the coming spice is already apparent. Aromas of white pepper, juniper and cardamom, thyme tincture, menthol, elderberry pulp, and a very fresh black cherry fruit. On the palate the wine has volume without breadth, the mellow, grainy tannin coats the entire palate without being astringent. The wine has tension and at the same time appears relaxed, it is rich and unpretentious, its intense tactile minerality gives it an irresistible depth and maturity. The finish is long and already shows the first "wild" aromas. A maximum of extract, and yet almost weightless.
