Tasting Notes

Tasting from 20.03.2015

Extremely mineral on the nose (rock flour, sparkling) and ripe, citrusy: tangerine. Soft, broad and sturdy on the palate with a suitably restrained wood influence. Late-emerging acidity, which gives length despite its mild nature. Silky and mineral texture, a natural and unforced wine from a single source.
