Tasting from 07.10.2022: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Anne Krebiehl

On the nose: heart cherry and vanilla croissant, green pepper, tree resin. The palate begins oily and supple, juicy, then mellow, fine tannins appear in rather restrained quantities, the wine exudes a lot of charm, with rather discreet acidity and integrated alcohol, it gives the impression of great elegance, a sweet fruit lingers for a long time.
