Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Complex aromas of cassis and wild strawberries, plum and savoury notes of undergrowth and moss. An oily attack, with a sweet textural palate. Very fine well integrated, plush velvet tannins balanced against its firm body and substantial length. Already highly accessible but has a lot of potential for further ageing.
