Tasting Notes
Cocoa bean, mocha, and a very similar wood tone to Lynch Bages! On the palate with a "cool" impression, with a soft base, crumbly, carefully dosed tannin, good (acid) freshness and pleasingly disciplined alcohol content. Round and appetizing, yet also very natural and unaffected. Dark berry fruit on the finish, lingering for a long time. The Bordeaux influence - along the classic traditional line à la Peynaud - is unmistakable.
