Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Sour cherry, moss and sage candy on the nose. Firm tannins, well extracted, with resilience and freshness, ripe acidity, dense just ripe red berry fruit, mineral notes on the finish. Classic Bourgogne style done very well.
