Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Wild cherry, peppery tones and herbal notes on the nose. Firm, fine-grained, somewhat dry tannin and a slight sweetness from the red berried fruit. A smoothly grounded wine with a lively acidic nerve helps the fruit shine. A dense juicy finish with a lot of potential.
