The white wine Ventoux AOC Blanc, vintage 2016 from the winery Domaine Dambrun has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Viognier, Garnacha Blanca, Chardonnay from the region Côtes du Rhône in France.
Wood and yeast on the nose, freshly grated apple and strong spontaneous fermentation notes. Soft, silky palate, delicate phenolics, but also vital, cultivated acidity. Texture on the palate and an almost expansive character, yet remains bundled and light-hearted with a long, mouth-filling finish.
