Tasting Notes

89+
Tasting from 24.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Sour cherry and herbs. Yeast. Dark chocolate. A hint of maturity. Plump and creamy at the start, firm but also fine tannins on the mid-palate, lively acidity, a compact structure that also reveals the mildness of the variety. Lots of juiciness.
