Tasting Notes

Tasting from 24.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Dark chocolate, bitter herbs, plus buttery and dark berry aromas. Juicy on the palate, very fine, slightly astringent, but also well-balanced tannins, fresh acidity and lots of juiciness, medium-bodied palate fruit, a juicy, sinewy food wine with subtle cassis notes on the finish.
