Tasting Notes

93
Tasting from 17.10.2024: Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Benajmin Herzog, Ulrich Sautter

Pale greenish yellow in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, nuances of pineapple and ripe pear, a hint of blossom honey, candied orange zest, and subtle herbal spices. The palate is complex and powerful with subtle acidity and sweetness, somewhat broad, with white stone fruit, white nougat, and a hint of dried fruit on the persistent saline-mineral finish. Opulent style.
