Tasting from 07.10.2022: Peter Moser

Dark carmine garnet, subtle ochre rim. Delicate black berry fruit, cassis, vanilla and nougat, savoury nuances of Syrah, paprika powder, a hint of olive. Complex, full-bodied, preserved cherry, good freshness, ripe, firm tannins, mineral and long-lasting, dark minerality, fine tannins on the finish, still very youthful, salty finish, a multi-faceted food companion with further certain ageing potential.
