Fleshy fruit aromas on the nose with notes of redcurrant, sour cherry and dried plum. Hints of liquorice, black pepper and milk chocolate. Juicy acidity on the palate, stale red and dark berry fruit, paired with savoury nuances. Slightly noticeable tannin and a long finish of cassis confit.
