Chasselas from mash fermentation. Light golden yellow in the glass. On the nose, notes of dried fruit, herbs and fruity nuances of apple core. Fresh on the palate with aromas of chamomile, aniseed and white pepper. Has noticeable tannin and a beautiful, supportive acidity. Finishes medium-long and extremely fresh.
