Quite an intense nose with notes of almonds, dried meadow flowers and herbs as well as hints of candied citrus fruit, subtle dried fruit and pear. Nicely full-bodied on the palate, medium breadth with well-integrated, natural acidity, pleasant tannin structure and smoky, savoury notes. Finish is medium long with caramel notes.
