Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.10.2011

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate rim brightening. Intense nuances of cassis and fresh citrus zest on the nose, a hint of coconut, black berries, fine spices, multi-faceted bouquet. Juicy, rather medium body, fresh structure, good tannins, some bitter chocolate in the finish, cherries in the aftertaste, good future potential, tends to dry out a little.
