Strong ruby, broad ochre rim. Dark forest berryish fruit with smoky and savoury undertones, subtle farmyard tones, blackberries and cassis. Juicy, tight-knit, dark forest fruit, freshly structured, mineral and salty in the finish, the tannins are still noticeable in the finale, but better integrated than in its youth. Good food wine.
