Tasting from 24.09.2020: Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog, Othmar Kiem, Ulrich Sautter, Dominik Vombach

First tertiary hints on the nose, truffly notes, red currant, malt. Great freshness in the maturity. On the palate with lots of juice and fine acidity, melted tannins, mineral shimmer. Subtle elegance, place typicity paired with great finesse.
