The rosé wine Corbières AOC Minuit, vintage 2018 from the winery Domaine de la Cendrillon has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Languedoc-Roussillon in France.
Mourvèdre, Grenache, Cinsault. Still slightly yeasty fragrance, but mainly red berry, cherry, some herbal savouriness. Massive and plump on the palate, good density, good balance, the firm acid structure gives freshness and tension, peppery (slate) notes on the finish. A terroir rosé, which is also well suited as a food wine due to its substantial nature.
