The red wine Corbières AOC Classique Rouge, vintage 2015 from the winery Domaine de la Cendrillon has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre from the region Languedoc-Roussillon in France.
Balsamic and peppery notes in the dark berry fruit. Blueberry compote, plum jam, liquorice. Supple, almost creamy start, then a firm structure with prominent acid nerve and mellow, grainy, somewhat dry tannin in a comparatively powerful amount.
