Dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Dark forest berry confit underlain with fine herbal spices and nougat, fine oak nuances, ripe plum, black heart cherry. Juicy, pronounced in fruit cherry fruit, finesse-rich structure, elegant tannins, salty-mineral texture, appears very light-footed and dancing on the palate, delicately chocolaty sweetness on the finish, simply incredibly delicate, a multi-faceted food companion with certain ageing potential.
