The white wine Le Blanc Saint Guilhem le Désert IGP, vintage 2018 from the winery Domaine du Pin has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Garnacha Blanca, Muscat d'Alexandrie from the region Languedoc-Roussillon in France.
Chardonnay, Grenache blanc et Muscat petits grains. Citrus fruity with quite a clear side note of nutmeg and white pepper. Has two poles on the palate: a pronounced texture and a plump, almost creamy softness. The juicy, traction-exerting Muscat remains nevertheless preserved, and with it the freshness.
