Pastel colours. Floral scent, rose petal, balsamic, wax, raspberry blossom honey, opens on the palate with force, broad, corpulent and yet almost viscous, but not out of balance, with a powerful extract filling, ripe acidity and long finish. Artichokes à la Barigoule.
