Tasting from 16.10.2013

Strong yellow, silver reflections. Fine meadow herbs, with a hint of orange concentrate, some honey, subtle minerality. Full-bodied, ripe peach, some herbal extract and maple syrup as a dark component, mineral and persistent, balanced, almost completely dry on the finish, flexes its muscles on the finish, individual, surprising varietal approach.
