Tasting Notes

Tasting from 16.10.2013

Strong yellow, silver reflections. Attractive yellow tropical fruit, ripe passion fruit and pineapple, dark minerality, fine blossom honey, develops well in the glass. Tightly woven, full-bodied and elegant, fine fruit, lively acidity, appears light-footed, dry finish, a versatile food companion, good ageing potential, puristic style. (Indice 2, AB, Demeter)
