Tasting from 09.07.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Clear use of wood, vanilla crescents, vanilla sugar, in addition a restrained varietal scent, corn, hazelnut. On the palate with youthful tension, clearly mineral, disciplined alcohol content, stable acidity, gaining impact over the course of the palate, a quite individual Chardonnay character with good prospects.
