Tasting from 28.08.2014

Deep ruby-garnet colour, purple reflections, subtle edge brightening. Still restrained, red berry nuances, delicate floral hints, dominated by mineral notes, black cherries, some bergamot, multi-faceted bouquet. Elegant, delicate extracted sweetness that is countered by a fresh structure, finesse-rich texture, salty notes, sticks well, appears light-footed and animating to drink, lemony touch on the finish.
