Pale yellow, golden reflections. Smoky slate nuances, delicate blossom honey, candied orange zest, almost red berries, a hint of coconut. Juicy, elegant texture, fine nutty notes, delicate hints of pignoli, finely structured, sweet and persistent, a light-footed food companion with very good length, mineral aftertaste, good ageing potential.
