Tasting Notes

87 - 89
Tasting from 16.07.2021: Dominik Vombach und Benjamin Herzog

Clearly characterised by ageing in wood. Some vanilla is recognisable, along with oak, subtle, fruit-like, a little candied lemon. Very fresh on the palate with a certain woody spiciness, beautiful juiciness and length.
