Tasting Notes

Tasting from 11.06.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Intense fruity aromas on the nose, with notes of grapefruit and blood orange as well as raspberry and cherry. In addition, there's some subtle herbal and spiced notes too. A fresh acidity shines on the palate, mingling with red berries and a repeat of grapefruit before a long, slightly tart finish.
