Tasting from 09.07.2019: Ulrich Sautter

At first almost absent of fruit on the nose, going completely to the stoney mineral with a trace of sweet cherry. On the palate dense to chew with fine grained tannin, yet has a lightness of touch, ripe acidity, mineral, but with plump cherry fruit. Completely at ease, everything in its place, almost inconspicuous in this youthful state, but with excellent ageing potential.
