Menthol and sour cherry on the nose, juniper, leather and peppery terroir notes. In the mouth, the wine starts mild and oily, reveals buttery, yet dense tannins in the middle of the palate, behind the plump, almost creamy structure rolls a tactile minerality of great urgency, then the ethereal, savoury, balsamic varietal aromas fan out. Charm and depth!
