Tasting from 03.01.2024: Peter Moser & Ulrich Sautter

Opulent on the nose: prune and sour cherry, tar. The palate starts creamy, then opens up into a fleshy tannin, lively acidity and peppery-mineral savoury layers. Fruit-driven, with a rich finish. Dense and powerful, and with increasing length on the palate which is also tactile and mineral.
